प्रिय दोस्तो शुभ दोपहर नमस्कार 🙏 बिछड़े अभी तो हम बस कल परसों जिऊंगी मैं कैसे इस हाल में बरसों ... सुभाष घई की फ़िल्म 'हीरो' में 'लंबी जुदाई ...' नग्मा गाने वाली मशहूर गायिका 'रेशमा' आठ साल पहले आज ही के दिन दुनिया छोड़ कर चल गई थीं। इस आस के साथ कि अगले जन्म में जब उनके अब्बा उनसे कहेंगे कि राजस्थान छोड़ कर पाकिस्तान चलो, तो वे मना कर देंगी। राजस्थान के कबीले में जन्मीं रेशमा की आवाज बचपन से इतनी बुलंद थी कि उनकी आवाज दूर-दूर तक गूंजा करती थी। उनके अब्बा हुजूर ने बंटवारे के समय तय किया कि वे अपने कुनबे के साथ पाकिस्तान चले जाएंगे। रेशमा को अपने बाबा हुजूर की तरह गाने का शौक था और वो गांव के एक मजार में रोज शाम को गाना गाने पहुंच जातीं। उस समय उनकी उम्र आठ या नौ साल की थी। उनकी आवाज इतनी बुलंद और मीठी थी कि वहां उनका गाना सुनने के लिए भीड़ जुटने लगी। फिर एक बार रेडियो प्रोड्यूसर ने उनका गाना सुना और कहा कि क्यों नहीं वे अपनी आवाज रेकॉर्ड करतीं? रेशमा को बहुत डर लगा, उन्हें लगा कि आवाज रिकॉर्ड होने के बाद उनकी आवाज छिन जाएगी। समझा-बुझा कर उन्हें रेडिय

Dear Friends A very well written whatsApp forward खुद को बढ़ती उम्र के साथ स्वीकारना एक तनावमुक्त जीवन देता है।  हर उम्र एक अलग तरह की खूबसूरती लेकर आती है  उसका आनंद लीजिये🙏 बाल रंगने है तो रंगिये,  वज़न कम रखना है तो रखिये,  मनचाहे कपड़े पहनने है तो पहनिए, बच्चों की तरह खिलखिलाइये,  अच्छा सोचिये,  अच्छा माहौल रखिये,  शीशे में दिखते हुए अपने अस्तित्व को स्वीकारिये।  कोई भी क्रीम आपको गोरा नही बनाती,  कोई शैम्पू बाल झड़ने नही रोकता, कोई तेल बाल नही उगाता,  कोई साबुन आपको बच्चों जैसी स्किन नही देता।  चाहे वो प्रॉक्टर गैम्बल हो या पतंजलि .....सब सामान बेचने के लिए झूठ बोलते हैं।  ये सब कुदरती होता है।  उम्र बढ़ने पर त्वचा से लेकर बॉलों तक मे बदलाव आता है।  पुरानी मशीन को Maintain करके बढ़िया चला तो सकते हैं, पर उसे नई नही कर सकते। ना किसी टूथपेस्ट में नमक होता है ना किसी मे नीम।  किसी क्रीम में केसर नही होती, क्योंकि 2 ग्राम केसर भी 500 रुपए से कम की नही होती !  कोई बात नही अगर आपकी नाक मोटी है तो, कोई बात नही आपकी आंखें छोटी हैं तो, कोई बात नही अगर आप गोरे नही हैं  या आपके होंठों
