Transparent Butterfly 🦋🦋🦋

One of the amazing creation of Nature is  Greta oto or transparent butterfly.  

It is known by the common name glasswing butterfly for its transparent wings.
 The glass wings  allow it to camouflage without extensive coloration. 
 This species of  butterfly is mainly found in Central and northern regions of South America with sightings as far north as Texas and as far south as Chile. 
The  wings may appear delicate, but the butterfly is able to carry up to 40 times its own weight.
 In addition to its wing physiology, the butterfly is known for behaviors such as long migrations .

Let’s start the day with Prakash Mehra’s 1978 crime action drama  film *”Muqaddar Ka Sikandar”* directed by Prakash Mehra.  The film starred Amitabh Bachchan, Vinod Khanna, Rakhee and Rekha.
