Sieve Your Thoughts

Image
Dear Friends Happy Sunday   Become a sieve and not a sponge to your thoughts   Thoughts are powerful and have energy. We are made of our thoughts. We have to take care of what we think We can give life to our thoughts They take us to any corner of the world.   Since thoughts are very powerful, do not think negative thoughts Filter the thoughts and segregate them Let the negative thoughts be converted into positive thoughts   When thoughts are positive, make them stable and ruminate over it When thoughts are negative, make it feeble and let it move away.   We may lead a rich life. If our thoughts are negative and not rich, we cannot be happy. We smile and feel happy when we think happy thoughts.   Let us not become helpless victims because of our thoughts We should allow our thoughts to pass like clouds in the sky. Let us not absorb all the thoughts that cross our mind like how a sponge absorbs water. We must sieve them and absorb only the positive thoughts   Let us keep our heart cle

Cure for the pain....

Image
Dear Friends Pleasant Afternoon   The cure for  the pain is in the pain.. Rumi   Rumi is a great Persian poet. His quotes are simple and small and contain limited words But they convey great meaning and teach us vital lessons of life.   It is a very beautiful one liner applicable to all our life problems Life has ups and downs. When we experience sad and painful events, we suffer emotional pain When we experience disease and sickness we suffer physical pain. We have to create a plan for curing the pains When we start solving them, we feel the cure So cure for the pain is in the pain itself.   Suppose a person loses his money in share market business, he should not lose heart and shut his business. On the contrary, he should study market trends and learn from it and  play safe. He should make up his mind to earn what he has lost and more   Suppose a student is not able to go for higher education as he aspired due to financial circumstances,he should   wisely take up a job and create a

What is Love?

Dear Friends Sharing a beautiful poem on Love Title: What is Love? by E.J. Wallace  What is love? I heard you ask, A pointed question, A daunting task, A challenge for a weary mind, To see what gems that I may find. What is love? My mind did say, A caring touch? A gentle way? It's both of these, but so much more, Numerous attributes, to explore. What is love? I searched my soul, A loving glance? A hand to hold? It is these things, but just one part, Of the beauty that lies within the heart. What is love? I asked my heart, It seemed the best place, Where I should start. Is it fireworks, comets, or astral displays, Which cause us to feel, so deeply this way? "This is love," my heart replied, "Listen closely to me, And then you will see. Love is not loud, it's a quiet sensation, Not easily confused with infatuation." "The beauty of love," it continued to tell, "Is eternal endurance, The absence of hell. Unparalleled strength, in spite of advers

Why .... I know the breeze knows it. but  It does not know  How to tell I  Why does my heart again go after  That cruel-natured beloved ?  Why does this bleeding heart  Go out again into her street   Kind Regards Here is Brain Teaser Ans: 10

Rule Your Mind

Image
Dear Friends Happy and Pleasant Evening to you   Great Philosopher Lao Tzu says,  “Mastering others is strength. Mastering yourself is True Power”   We humans are the highly evolved animals on this planet Earth. We can control and dominate other animals of this planet very easily. When an elephant goes mad, it becomes very destructive. We control the animal with our intelligence and tact. We are catching wild animals by setting traps and imprisoning them in a zoo. We are catching poisonous king cobras extracting their poison and  preparing medicines out of it to cure various illnesses. We have developed suitable apparels to play and fight with fire We have developed suitable means to move above water and underwater. We roam about the entire universe virtually staying in one place. These are our scientific advancement. But this is not true power. The true power is to master or control our mind and the thoughts that run in our minds at a speed of light. If we control our mind, we will
