How to Develop a Strong Mind?

Dear Friends
Happy Evening

Our brain continuously spins out thoughts, whether we want it to or not
Researchers estimate that we have about 60,000 thoughts each day.
And many of those thoughts involve thinking the same things
over and over again.
Rehearsing the same things, focusing on the negative,
and worrying about things we  can't control wastes your time
and our mental energy.
So there is a need for cleaning our brain.
Tell me friends how to  declutter and clean our brain?
Please share your thoughts Regards

Here are three tips that will help you spring clean
your brain and rid yourself of the thinking patterns that
keep you from reaching your greatest potential.

Feeling sad or disappointed is healthy.
 But self-pity is different.
It involves magnifying your misfortune

Whenever we feel that all bad things happen to me
take a deep breath and divert your attention to improve your life.

We have to challenge our negative thinking.
We need courage, not confidence, to take action.
So the next time your brain questions your ability to
 succeed, simply say, "Challenge accepted."

We have to do active problem solving whenever there is a problem.
We should not worry and ruminate our problems.

Thus build your mental muscle

Kind Regards
