💙A leader is in great demand today. We find only bosses and not leaders.
All leaders are producing only followers because they
don’t allow the followers to think differently.💙

💚A leader never dreams about his success but he works for it.
A great leader will encourage and not demand.
A great leader will empower his followers without controlling.
A great leader motivates and inspires his followers to think differently.💚

💛The function of a leader is to produce more leaders. Not followers.  
A great leader has the following qualities.💛

💙Leaders work smarter and not harder.
Leaders prioritize task tasks effectively.
They plan the day wisely and they know what tasks to
delegate to their subordinates.💙

💚The best leaders have a clear understanding of their own limitations.
They also know that success can be achieved only if the followers are united.💚

💙Great leaders are humble.
They don’t much care about the spotlight.
They are only focussed on the results.💙

💚Generally people attribute leadership to genetic factor.
But it is not so. Leaders are made through hard work.
Leadership is a skill. It is not a genetic factor.💚

💙A great leader is not just a hard worker.
But they are good at planning and creating strategies 
Before we are a leader, success is all about growing ourselves.
When we  become a leader, success is all about growing others.💙

💚Great leaders listen more than they speak.
They listen with the goal to understand, not the goal to answer.
But truly amazing leader empower their followers and create more leaders.💚
