💜Many things bother us. We want people to change.

We want certain systems and procedures to change.

 But it is very difficult to change others, or the systems or the procedures.💜

💛Changing system and procedure may be easy.

But changing people is very difficult.

When people wants to change, then they will change.

Otherwise we cannot expect them to change.💛

💜People are not changing according to our wishes

because each individual is unique.

Their genetic composition is different.

Each individual has their own set of views and ideas.

So it is difficult to change people.💜

💛When we try to change people we lose energy,

we get hurt and our temperament and attitude changes

because people resist our ideas💛

💜We always think that changing others is easy.

There is an easier option. Why not we change for others?

Changing ourselves is an easier option than changing others.💜

💛If we try to change ourselves means that we are accepting others.

We gain their confidence and we will not lose energy.

We can remain cool and pleasant.💛

💜Once the people understand that we are changing for them

they will also not be so firm with their views.

They will start compromising. We can reach a fifty fifty settlement. 

Now we become the reason for their change.💜

💛Whenever we want to introduce new, first change,

accept everyone’s views and change.

Then people will change and accept our views.💛
