💜Our life is determined by what we focus on. We are the director of our life.
We have to choose where we focus.
Focus means that we should see things eliminating distractions.
The distractions need not be created by others.💜

💛We should keep away from the things that distract us.
If we want to re-design our life, we have to reshape our focus.
If we narrow the focus, we get more power💛

💜Our mind is powerful and our thoughts direct us.
Whatever we think with a clear vision and focus, backed by
definite plans will become our reality.💜
💛Our focus is our future. What we focus on will determine our life.
We have to train our thoughts and focus to achieve our goals of life.💛

💜We have to focus on what we can do.
So we should understand our limitations.
Too often we focus on things we cannot do.
We face financial, health and family constraints when we want to
realise our goals. So we cannot focus and we limit ourselves.💜


💛Our brain is a thinking organ. The thoughts originating from
the brain should be focussed and channelized.
Our brain should be trained to think only positive and uplifting thoughts.💛

💜If our thoughts are positive we will speak positive words.
Positive words will lead to positive actions
Positive actions will lead to good habits,
Good habits will lead to good character.
Good character will lead to positive focus
Focus determines our reality or our present life💜
