🌺Hibiscus plant is an ornamental and decorative plant because the flowers are variedly colored 🌺

 

🌺Hibiscus flowers come in many colors. They can be red, yellow, white, or peach-colored, and can be as big as 6 inches wide. The red colored hibiscus is common. It is cultivated for medicinal purposes.🌺

 

🌺The flower and the leaves have medicinal properties. Dietary supplements made from the leaves and flowers are sold in the market. The flowers are rich in alkaloids, L-ascorbic acid, anthocyanin, Beta-carotene, citric acid and polysaccharides.🌺

 

 

🌹Hibiscus tea:🌹

 

🌺It is made from boiling 5 to 8 flowers of hibiscus flowers in water.

It brews giving red colour extract.

Filter it and squeeze a lime and add a few drops of honey.

 Drink either hot or chill. The tea tastes delicious.🌺

 

🌺Hibiscus tea has been known to prevent hypertension, lower blood pressure, reduce blood sugar levels, keep your liver healthy, help with menstrual cramps, help with depression, aid digestion and help with weight management.🌺

 

🌺Hibiscus tea is rich in Vitamin C, contains flavonoids. It has laxative properties and keep our stomach healthy.🌺

 

🌺Anthocyanins present in the flower controls the growth and multiplication of cancerous cells.🌺

 

🌺Beta Carotene present in the flowers keep the heart healthy. 

Hibiscus flower extract is a good hair conditioner prevents greying of hair🌺

🌺Hibiscus Tea can affect oestrogen levels which means that it has an effect of both pregnancy and fertility.🌺

 

🌺It also lowers blood pressure which can be harmful if you already suffer from low blood pressure.🌺
