Adapt and Live Smart

Dear Friends

Animals teach us wonderful life lessons.

A mother camel and her baby are talking while taking rest after the 

show in a zoo. 

Their conversation is inspiring… Please read.

Baby camel: Mother, may I ask you some questions?

Mother: Sure! Why son, is there something bothering you?

Baby camel: Why do camels have humps?

Mother: Well son, we are desert animals, we need the humps to

 store water and we are known to survive without water.

Baby camel: Okay, then why are our legs long and our feet rounded?

Mother: Son, obviously they are meant for walking in the desert.

You know with these legs I can move around the desert better 

than anyone does!

Baby camel: “Okay, then why are our eyelashes long?

Sometimes it bothers my sight.

Mother: My son, those long thick eyelashes are your protective cover.

They help to protect your eyes from the desert sand and wind.

Baby camel: I see. So the hump is to store water when we are in the desert.

The long legs are for walking through the desert and these eyelashes protect

my eyes from the desert sand, then what  are we doing here in the Zoo?

Mother: This is our job dear. If we have to live, we have to work.

We are employed by the Zoo. Dear child, no doubt we are adapted 

for living in the desert. But now we have to adapt ourselves for

 living in the zoo or living in artificial forests etc.  

Dear child we have adapt quickly and live efficiently 

depending on where we get our job.

Dear friends, see how the camel mother insists her child to adapt for the

new surroundings and for living efficiently.

  

Dear friends, please observe the kindness, love and affection a 

camel mother .She is not offending her child.

On the contrary she is giving reasons for all her answers.

Her child is satisfied with the answers. 

Life lesson and Moral we have to learn is
