Dear Friends Wonderful Women's Day Message A photograph taken in Ireland in 1972 of a girl shooting from the gun of her fiancé who was wounded in a battle against the British army, her wounded fiancé survived after being transported by car to a safe place, while his girlfriend clashed with British soldiers until she was killed. When the commander of the Battalion of The English Soldiers found out that they were fighting a woman, he ordered his soldiers not to touch her body and allowed the Irish to bury her and they heard the English commander repeat this sentence: We defend a queen who doesn't care about us. And this woman cares about her lover and her land. The photo was chosen for Women's Day in Ireland and they wrote this sentence: "Don't be afraid to be associated with a strong woman the day may come and she'll be your only army". Kind Regards

Happy Morning Dear Friends Let’s start the day with 1972 film *”Shor”* it was written, edited, produced and directed by Manoj Kumar. He also was the lead actor in the film.  It starred Jaya Bhaduri, Premnath and Nanda in a guest appearance in the film.  Manoj Kumar won the Filmfare award for best editing. The film received nominations in the following categories:  Best Director – Manoj Kumar Best Supporting Actor – Prem Nath Best Music Director – Laxmikant–Pyarelal Best Lyricist – Santosh Anand for "Ek Pyaar Ka Nagma Hai" Best Male Playback Singer – Mukesh for "Ek Pyaar Ka Nagma Hai" 'Best Story – Manoj Kumar The idea to make SHOR came to Manoj Kumar while he was relaxing at his farmhouse in Delhi, after completing PURAB AUR PASCHIM. दोस्तो महिलाओं के पास बहुत अच्छे गुण होते है Women are bank of Love which never go insolvent महिलाएं सिर्फ शक्ल  और ज़िस्म से ही खूबसूरत नहीं होती,, बल्कि वो इसलिए भी खूबसूरत होती हैं,। क्योंकि प्यार में ठुकराने के बाद भी ...  किसी लड़के पर तेजाब नहीं फेंकती !  उनकी वज़ह से कोई लड़का  दहेज़ में प्रताड़ित हो कर फांसी नहीं लगाता ! वो इसलिए भी खूबरसूरत होती हैं,, कि उनकी वजह से किसी लड़के को  रास्ता नही बदलना पड़ता!  वो राह चलते लड़को पर  अभद्र टिप्पड़ियां नही करती!  वो इसलिए भी खूबसूरत होती हैं,, कि देर से घर आने वाले पति पर  शक नही करती,, बल्कि फ़िक्र करती है!  वो छोटी छोटी बातों पर  गुस्सा नही होती,  सामान नही पटकती,  हाथ नही उठाती, बल्कि पार्टनर को समझाने की, भरपूर कोशिश करती हैं ! वो जुर्म सह कर भी  रिश्ते इसलिए निभा जाती हैं,, क्योंकि वो अपने बूढ़े माँ बाप का  दिल नही तोड़ना चाहती !  वो हालात से समझौता  इसलिए भी कर जाती हैं,  क्योंकि उन्हें अपने बच्चों के  उज्ज्वल भविष्य की फ़िक्र होती है !...

Dear Friends Happy Women's Day *If we must celebrate a day for women, let us celebrate freedom from stereotypes, from expectations, from idolisation, from sacrifice...* *1) Stop congratulating women for being the secret behind a successful man...  Start saluting them for being successful.*    *2)Stop saying the mother is sacred for all the sacrifices she makes...  Try to reduce those sacrifices!* *3)Stop telling women they are beautiful... Try telling them it's not important to be beautiful !*  *4)Stop praising her roles as mother, wife, daughter, sister.........Celebrate her as an individual, a person who is independent of relationships.* *5) Stop justifying her necessity to multi task....  Give her a chance not to!* Stop these constructs which are aimed at making her strive for an impossible balance... *Let her be inadequate... And happy!* Let her be imperfect, whimsical, irresponsible, boorish, lazy, fierce, opinionated, loud, flabby, ungroom...

दोस्तो शुभ रात्रि *एक बार एक चिंतनशील शिक्षक ने अपने 10th स्टेंडर्ड के बच्चों से पूछा कि  आप लोग कहीं जा रहे हैं और  सामने से कोई कीड़ा मकोड़ा या कोई साँप छिपकली या कोई गाय-भैंस या अन्य कोई ऐसा विचित्र जीव दिख गया, जो आपने जीवन में पहले कभी नहीं देखा हो,***  तो प्रश्न यह है कि  आप कैसे पहचानेंगे कि  वह जीव *अंडे* देता है *या बच्चे* ?   क्या पहचान है उसकी ? अधिकांश बच्चे मौन रहे  जबकि कुछ बच्चों में बस आंतरिक खुसर-फुसर चलती रही...। मिनट दो मिनट बाद  फिर उस चिंतनशील शिक्षक ने स्वयं ही बताया कि  बहुत आसान है,,  जिनके भी *कान बाहर* दिखाई देते हैं *वे सब बच्चे देते हैं*  और जिन जीवों के *कान बाहर नहीं* दिखाई देते हैं  *वे अंडे* देते हैं.... ।। फिर दूसरा प्रश्न पूछा कि–  ये बताइए आप लोगों के सामने एकदम कोई प्राणी आ गया... तो आप कैसे पहचानेंगे की यह *शाकाहारी है या मांसाहारी ?*   क्योंकि आपने तो उसे पहले भोजन करते देखा ही नहीं,  बच्चों में फिर वही कौतूहल और खुसर फ़ुसर की आवाजें.....  शिक्षक ने कह...
