Happy Night

 

 When Ego and Love met

They played a game of win or lose

Ego played with venom

Love defended with calmness

Ego was fuming with anger

Love was calm and polite

Ego offended and wounded Love

Love treated Ego with compassion

Ego got hurt, wounded and defeated 

Though played the game with vigour 

Love became renewed, rejuvenated  and revived 

In the game of win and loss

Ego won the game but lost the battle

Love lost the game but won the battle. 

Win your life battles not with Ego but with Love 

Love heals and energises our spirits

Ego harms and dampens our body mind and soul

In the journey of life, let Love be your goal

 

Love is God and God is Love
