Practice Kindness
Dear

Happy

Practice
the philosophy of kindness
There is no need for temples; no need for complicated philosophy,"
Our own brain, our own heart is our temple; the philosophy is kindness."
Says Dalai Lama
"The simplest acts of kindness are far more
powerful
than a thousand heads
bowing in prayer." -- Mahatma Gandhi
Why?
Practicing random acts of kindness, we create neural pathways that enhances
feelings of well-being and the natural flow of feel-good endorphins and
mood elevating
neurotransmitters.
Humans who practiced kindness reaped the longevity benefits.
It is observed that kind hearted humans die at their ripe old age.
Kindness is contagious. When we perform an act of kindness, encourages
others to perform similar acts of kindness.
There is a relationship between kindness and happiness.
Happiness is increased when acts of kindnesses are performed. Acts of Kindness
increases both happiness and
gratitude
Kindness costs little but pays huge dividends in our own lives and in the lives
of those
we touch. It's a habit that paves the way to a happy life.
Kind
Regards
