A 144-year-old Japanese wisteria tree.
Wisteria is a beautiful looking plant, with aromatic flowers similar to grape clusters. It is of Chinese origin, but types of it originate in Japan and the United States of America. The plant grows to a height of more than 11 meters. Between 30 and 60 centimeters.
In Ashikaga Park in Japan, a 144-year-old wisteria tree stands, dating back to 1870, and visitors to the park enjoy walking under its pink shades that make a beautiful light.
