Let us bring anger and pride under our feet,

Turn them into a ladder and climb higher.

 

There is no peace until we become their master.

 

Let us let go of anger otherwise it will kill.

Let us not become its victim

 

Then we become humble and

Feel the fragrance of freedom

 

 

 

Let us mend a quarrel and seek out a forgotten friend

Dismiss suspicion and replace it with trust

Write a letter and give a soft answer

Encourage a youth and uplift the poor

 

Let us keep a promise and forgo the grudge

Forgive an enemy and apologise

Let us try to understand and

Let us think first of someone else

Examine our demands on others

 

Let us be kind and be gentle

Let us laugh a little more

Let us express our gratitude

Welcome a stranger

Gladden the heart of a child

Let us feel proud of our beautiful home,

 Mother Earth

Let us praise the creator of all creations

Look at His creations with love and compassion 

Treat them with care and kindness.
