How to initiate a change?

Dear friends
Happy Evening
It is not possible to change the world because the world
comprises people with different ideas.
People speak different languages and religions.
Each country has different communities and different
political setups. So there are many problems.
Bringing changes by the individual level in the whole world
next to impossible. All of us are not born leaders like
Mahatma Gandhi or Martin Luther King or Nelson Mandela.
Mahatma Gandhi brought in changes in the minds of the people.
He practiced what he preached. He lived as an example of
what he preached. So the people respected him, followed him.
People accepted him as their leader.
Therefore Mahatma Gandhi could bring in changes in the social setup.
We as an individual can bring in a very small change in the
minds of the people around us by setting an example
for others to follow. It is like throwing a stone in a still river which
will create ripples around stone causing a ripple effect.
Ripple effect means one positive deed done by one
person brings in changes in the minds of another person
who will do another good deed. It is like educating poor children,
one family bearing the cost of books and note books,
the other family bearing the tuition fees and the other family
helping to buy uniforms etc…
Friends, when one person begins a good deed, a chain reaction of
good deeds follow. We may not be able to bring changes as a
single person. But we can collectively revolutionise and bring in
transformation.
I wish you a Pleasant evening
Kind Regards
