Present days are difficult for all of us because we are crossing a 

crucial time in our life.

Economy is battered as all the business establishments were

 closed due to deadly corona.

All people from every walk of life are struggling to meet their 

daily needs.

 

As a result of lock down, companies and business establishments 

did not operate

So it has created laying off workers and serious unemployment problems.

 

Many youth are either unemployed or underemployed.

From next year onward many fresh graduates will be out of their 

colleges and universities.

But the current situation will not change.

It will take another four to five years for the situations to improve.

 

The Quote by Sheryl Sandberg gives us a wonderful insight on 

how to deal with the current situation.

 “If you’re offered a seat on a rocket ship, don’t ask what seat!

 Just get on.”

 

As a usual practice, we plan the career of our children and 

make them study the course required for the career. 

Let us see the same in a different angle.

 

Because of the current unemployment problem, 

we shall opt for whatever job we are getting in the companies. 

Let us not choose our job because there is no option.

Take up whatever job is offered. Get experience and progress well.

As we progress, plan the career according to the job.

Now the job and the career will move parallel.

This type of approach will definitely prevent frustrations 

due to unfulfilled dreams.

 

Same thing applies to the opportunities we come across.

These days’ opportunities are rare and difficult to come across.

Whatever opportunities we get we have to grab it

After acquiring the opportunities, plan properly and become 

successful in it.

 

Humans are the highly evolved animals in the ecosystem.

We have a highly developed brain.

We can adjust and adapt to any changing situations.

We have to become more practical and pragmatic.

Now, we have to forget our good old days.

It is the right time to change and adapt.

 

Let us adapt to the new scenario and learn to become practical.

When opportunities knock at our doors, learn to welcome it.

Don’t be choosy. Learn to accept what comes in your way.
