Sharing a few leadership lessons


A leader should not order. A leader should be a doer.
He must handle his team members  with kindness and compassion.
If he wants his team to be the best one, he must work hard for it
He should set an example for his team members
He should encourage his team members with kind words and a broad smile.
A good team lead adjusts and compromises with his teammates.
He should guide his team members to excel at work.
He must know to delegate the work and to influence them to do 
a better quality of work
When the team fails, he should encourage and motivate them to do better.
The leader should work hard and also be kind in his approach
 when getting the things done by his team members.

A team leader should work hard towards the success 
of his team. He should influence his team members to work hard.
He should distribute work among his team members in 
such a way that the members should not feel that they are 
overburdened.They should willingly accept the work he gives
A team leader becomes a great leader when his team members
 treat him as a hero.

A leader is made and not born. 
A leader can be trained with the necessary skills
 required for leadership

Dear friends, if we work hard, many others will follow us
 and learn from us because we are becoming a 
role model for others as they are inspired.

When we are creating a team or a community we are dealing 
with people’s hearts. So we should become kinder in our 
approach and not tougher. We should not have rigid mind-set.

Leadership is all about people.

The way we treat others will determine our success or failure. 

 Maya Angelou famously remarked, “people will forget what you said,
 people will forget what you did, but people will never forget 
how you made them feel.”

So we must be kind even when we are delegating tasks..

We have to treat people respectfully.
It means that we value them. 

So we earn enough goodwill to enable us to move 
forward in this challenging and dynamic world.

So friends, if you want amazing things to happen, 
work hard and be kind.

They also say that our mind is negative and not willing to accept others.
