Nowadays we are living under pressure and tension.
Most of us are stressed due to challenges of life.

We are so busy that we are forgetting to live and smile.
Many of us have forgotten to laugh
We grumble that life is not kind to us.
Many of us are dissatisfied with many things going on around us.

But we can make this place a better place to live in.
We can definitely leave a mark in people’s hearts.
How?
By doing little gestures to bring smiles on people’s faces.

Science says it takes 72 muscles to frown and
7 muscles to smile. So smile as much as you can.
Make people laugh.
When you laugh, laugh with your heart out.

Whenever possible, compliment people.
It will create a positive impact on the individuals.
Kind words are blessings for the receivers.

Surround yourself with positive people and positive energy.
Spread good vibes. What we give is what we receive. 

Be empathetic when analysing the situations.
Try to step in the shoes of the person and judge.

Always listen. Talk less and listen more.
Help people as much as possible.
That helps us to leave the radiance of our inner self

We have to appreciate people around us.
Don’t magnify the mistakes of others.
Live with gratitude.

When we incorporate  these simple gestures into our life 
We will definitely leave a sparkle wherever we go
