💜Our thoughts affect our mood, spirits, behavior and life. Sometimes these thoughts are so toxic it affects our wellbeing. Only healthy thoughts can nourish our soul.💜
💛Thoughts and emotions can affect our health and wellbeing. Negative thoughts will kill our mind power and give us health problems.💛
💚Poorly-managed negative emotions are not good for our health. Negative attitudes and feelings of helplessness can create chronic stress.💚
🧡Stress upsets the body's hormone balance, depletes the brain chemicals required for happiness, and damages the immune system. 🧡
💙Chronic stress can actually decrease our lifespan. Chronic stress can cause premature graying, wrinkles and advance our aging process💙
🧡Poorly managed anger and hostility is also related to certain health conditions, such as high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, digestive disorders, and infection.🧡
💜So we have to develop more of positive emotions
Positive emotions help in faster recovery from many illnesses like cardiovascular stress, better sleep, fewer colds, and a greater sense of overall happiness.💜
💚If we develop certain positive attitudes like playfulness, gratitude, love, interest, serenity, will have a direct impact on health and wellbeing.💚
💛In addition, we have to cut out our negativity bias, let go hurt and guilt feelings.
We should also practice forgiveness and live with gratitude.💛
