Health experts are advising us to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water everyday💚

 

💙Here are some disadvantages of drinking too much water: 

Over-consumption of water may lead to certain problems.💙

 

🧡Drinking excess water is not good for our health. It will cause fatigue and tiredness.

It weakens the ability of the kidneys to excrete excess water load and sodium in the body becomes diluted.

This further leads to swelling in the cells, which can be life threatening.

This condition is known as hypernatremia, lowering of sodium level in the body.  Symptoms are nausea, vomiting, cramps, fatigue, etc.🧡
