Tennis Ball Therapy

😍Dear Friends😍
🌹Good Afternoon🌹

💛Back pain is one of the most common reasons people go to the doctor or miss work, and it is a leading cause of disability worldwide. Back pain is a common ailment that will affect 8 out of 10 adults at some point in their lives.

Basically, this condition refers to a pain that stems from the lower back region. This pain includes lower back stiffness, muscle tension and achiness. In the worst cases, mobility can be compromised.💛

If the pain includes numbness in the buttocks, back or leg, along with a tingling feeling that radiates down the leg to the foot, it is known as sciatica. This occurs when the sciatic nerve is irritated.💛

🧡Sciatica is also caused by a disc problem, when the herniated disc is pressing against a nerve root.
The sciatic nerve is the largest body nerve that stretches from the lower back, down through the buttocks, the highs, to one or both legs.
If irritated or compressed, it causes sciatica pain, which can be an extremely painful and debilitating condition.
Actually, sciatic pain is a symptom of another problem involving this nerve, like a herniated disc, degenerative disc disease or narrowing of your spinal canal.🧡

😍There are many ways of treating these pains. Ice, heat, rest, exercise and therapeutic massage.😍
👌I am sharing an easy pain management technique in addition to the above non invasive treatments👌
😍It is the easiest and the most comfortable method without any side effects and requires two tennis balls only😍

💙In this method we are not using pain killers. So there is no impact of medicines on our body.

This self-treatment can be done in the comfort of our homes.💙

😍Please see the vdo and learn the method. Do it slowly.

After doing this treatment for pain relief, if pain persists visit your doctor.😍
